Awa is a results-driven Supply Chain Management Professional with several years experience in both manufacturing and service environments, covering: end-to-end supply chain and project management expertise. He is highly experienced in both the strategic development of supply chains and the tactical design of logistics operations. He has extensive expertise in the design, development and implementation of innovative logistics and supply chain solutions for clients in all sectors, specializing on lean operational processes, Oil and Gas, Vendor Management, Vendor Support Operations, Inbound/outbound Logistics, and change management.
With a proven ability to design, manage and drive critical reductions in operating costs and capital investment.
